Actions Required

AFX Registration in the name of the Company
AFX Registration for each Director & Shareholder

Documentation Required

Certificate of Incorporation
LEI (Legal Entity Identifier) if Company is registered outside the UK
Memorandum & Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Ownership chart/structure identifying Ultimate Beneficial Owners and percentages
Proof of business address (bank statement or utility bill displaying Company name and business address)
Directors Register

All documents must be in English, or accompanied by an English translation, and sent by e-mail or uploaded to a DropBox link.

Once all of the necessary documentation has been submitted, you will receive a notification within 24-36 hours that your account has been approved and is ready for funding.
